| 摘 要： | 椎动脉损伤性疾病包括椎动脉假性动脉瘤、动静脉瘘以及椎动脉夹层动脉瘤等。治疗主要有外科手术结扎患侧椎动脉，以及经血管栓塞。我院于１９９５年收治一例外伤性椎动脉假性动脉瘤，经结扎瘤体近远侧椎动脉，切除动脉瘤，患者痊愈出院，术后无神经受损表现。结合病例本文重点讨论椎动脉的暴露途径、手术方案以及术中处理。

| Abstract: | Vertebral artery trauma include vertebral artery dissections,pseudoaneurysms and arteriovenous fistulas.The management mainly includes direct surgical intervention with proximal and distal involved arterial ligation and transvascular embolization. One case of traumatic vertebral artery pseudoaneurysm was treated in our hospital in 1995.The proximal and distal part of affected vertebral artery were ligated.The patient had no manifestation of neurological deficit postoperatively.The exposure of vertebral artery,operative method and management during operation were emphasized in this report. |
