烧伤后瘢痕整形围手术期患者的护理干预

目的 对烧伤后瘢痕整形患者的护理方法进行探讨分析.方法 选择我院收治的烧伤后行瘢痕整形手术的患者150例,将患者围手术期发生的各种并发症率情况进行统计和比较,提出相关的围手术期护理对策,观察临床护理效果.结果 本组150例患者关节挛缩并发症30例,占20％,发生率明显高于其他并发症.患者术后均康复出院,平均住院时间为14.3d.护理效果较为理想.结论 烧伤后瘢痕整形围手术期的护理工作对于保证患者的手术效果和功能恢复具有重要的意义,并能有效的减少围手术期的并发症发生率,使烧伤瘢痕整形患者得到更好的治疗效果.
