心理支持对产后出血患者的影响研究

目的 探讨心理支持对产后出血的影响.方法 将我院2010年-2012年产后出血患者随机分为2组,观察组采用由专职人员进行的心理支持护理,对照组不采用心理支持护理,观察并比较两组出血量、止血时间、住院时间,并对两组护理满意度进行比较.结果 观察组产后出血量（703.4＋36.9） mL、止血时间（1.3±0.4）d、住院时间（8.4±3.5）d,对照组（783.2±71.9） mL、（1.6±0.2）d、（9.6±2.6）d,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 心理支持可以提高产妇战胜疾病的心理,减少继发性子宫乏力,对产后出血患者效果明显.

Study of psychological support for patients with postpartum hemorrhage

Objective To explore the influence of psychological support on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Parents with postpartum hemorrhage from 2010--2012 years were randomly divided into 2 groups, the observation group used nursing psychological support by professionals, the control group was not supported by the psychological nursing, observe and compare two groups of bleeding, bleeding time, hospitalization time, and the two group of nursing satisfaction. Results in the observation group, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was（703.4± 36.9）mL, （1.3±0.4）d, hospitalization time was （8.4±3.5）d, control group （783.2±71.9）mL, （1.6±0.2） d, （9.6±2.6） d, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion psychological support can improve maternal disease to overcome the psychological, reduce secondary uterine inertia, and have obvious effect on patients with postpartum hemorrhage.
