CT、MRI检查对早期脑梗死诊断价值的比较

目的探讨对早期脑梗死cT和MRI检查的诊断价值比较。方法分别应用CT和MRI技术对临床怀疑急性脑梗死患者进行扫描，并对所获得图像进行分析。结果急性脑梗死发病在24h后CT、MRI的诊断率分别为61．2％、100％。结论cT和MRI不同程度显示了脑梗死的影像学改变，各有其特点，有互补作用。cT扫描可作为首选，但对超早期脑梗死的诊断和确诊梗死血管的位置，应经MRI扫描，这对临床的及时处理和治疗有利。

The Value Of the relatively Of CT and MRI Diagnostic

Objective To study the effect of diagnosis of CT and MRI technology in early cerebral infarction compared. Methods And methods Scanning was Carried：using CT and MRI technology respectively to the elinical suspicious hyper acute cerebral in- farction patients,the obtained image analyze .Results The onset of acute cerebral infarction within 24 hours after CT and MRI di- agnostic rate was 61.2%, 100%.Conclusion CT and MRI showed cerebral infarction, the imaging change of different levei, each have its characteristics, has a complementary role. CT scan can be used as first choice, but on super early diagnosis of cerebral infarction and diagnosed infarctionl the location of the blood vessel, should be an MRI scan, this is good for clinical treatment and treatment.
