100例耳鼻咽喉及颈淋巴结结核的综合表现和疗效分析

目的 分析耳鼻咽喉及淋巴结结核的综合表现以及临床疗效.方法 资料选自2011年10月-2012年12月收住在我院被确诊为耳咽喉以及颈淋巴结结核患者100例,通过反映出的局部的临床表现分别进行全身、局部、免疫治疗,观察临床疗效.结果 100例患者中经过全身的基础、免疫、局部相结合治疗,治疗3个月以后,患者的耳鼻咽喉及颈部的淋巴结节症状减轻或者消失,术后伤口的愈合良好,无任何并发症发生,且治愈率为100％.结论 对于耳鼻咽喉及颈部淋巴结结核患者应该尽早确诊,早期采用规范的抗结核治疗的方法是取得治疗该病的关键因素.

Comprehensive performance analysis and effect of Otolaryngology-Head and neck lymph node tuberculosis in 100 cases

Objective To analyse the ear nose throat and lymph node tuberculosis in comprehensive performance and clinical curative effect. Methods Data selected from October 2011 - December 2012 were admitted in our hospital was diagnosed with throat ears and analysis 100 cases of tuberculosis patients, through reflecting the local clinical manifestations in systemic and local respectively, immunotherapy, and observe the clinical curative effect. Results 100 cases of patients after general, immune, the basis of local phase in the combined treatment, treatment after 3 months, ear nose throat and neck lymph nodes in patients with symptoms ease or disappear, postoperative wound healed well, no complications occurred, and the cure rate was 100% Conclusion For ear nose throat and neck lymph node tuberculosis patients should be confirmed as soon as possible, adopt the method of standard anti-tb treatment early is a key factor in treatment of the disease.
