旋转式插入胃管方法探讨

目的 提高患者插入胃管的成功率,寻找一种较为简便快捷的插入胃管方法.方法 对我科2010年6月-2012年6月共60例脑血管疾病需下胃管患者分A、B两组,分别以常规法及旋转法插入胃管,并对A组1次性插管不成功后,再采用旋转方法进行插管.结果 A组30例中,有14例采用常规法1次性不成功,成功率53.3％.而采旋转的方法插胃管,30例仅1例未一次性成功,成功率96.7％.结论 采用旋转技术的胃管置入术,能提高病人插胃管的成功率,减轻病人痛苦.

Discussion onmethod of rotaryinsertgastric tube

Objective In order to improve the successful stomach tube interpolation in patients with cerebrovaseular disease, we are looking for a more advanced stomach cannula method. Methods 60 cases were recruited with cerebrovascular diseases from June 2010- June 2012.They were divided into A （the conventional method groups）;and B groups （tips method （rotation method） groups）. If A group of gullet were not successful, we used rotation method instead. Results As for A group of 30 cases, 14 cases were unsuccessful, theses patients were underwent rotation method subsequently. But for B group of 30 cases, the success rate of 100%（only once）. Conclusion rotating tube implantation technology, can improve the suecess rate stomach tube in patients with cerebrovascular disease as well as reducing patient suffering.
