探讨经腹部B超检查与经阴道B超检查在异位妊娠诊断中的价值

目的 探讨经腹部B超检查和经阴道B超检查在异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取来我院进行治疗的异位妊娠患者104例,随机分为两组,对照组52例患者行腹部B超进行检查诊断,观察组52例患者行阴道B超进行检查诊断.患者均采取了手术方式进行治疗,同时送病理检查进行确诊.然后将腹部B超和阴道B超的诊断结果与病理检查结果进行对比分析.结果 观察组B超的诊断符合率为96.2%,对照组B超的诊断符合率为73.1%,二者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组患者B超检查的附件包块、心血管搏动、胚芽、宫内假孕囊、盆腔积液的检出率显著高于对照组患者B超检查,二者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 阴道B超对于异位妊娠的临床诊断较腹部B超具有操作简单,诊断准确率较高,附件包块、心血管搏动、胚芽、宫内假孕囊、盆腔积液的检出率较高的临床效果..

Discussion on abdominal B ultrasound examination and transvaginal B ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the abdominal B ultrasound examination and transvaginal B ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopie pregnancy. Methods To our hospital for treatment of ectopic pregnancy in 104 cases, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 52 patients underwent abdominal B ultrasound diagnosis, observation group of 52 patients who underwent vaginal B ultrasound diagnosis. The patients were taken the operation mode of treatment, and pathologic examination were diagnosed. Then the diagnostic results of abdominal B ultrasound and transvaginal B ultrasound and pathological examination were analyzed. Results The observation group B ultrasound diagnostic accordance rate was 96.2%, control group B ultrasound diagnostic accordance rate was 73.1%, the two comparison difference has statistics significance （P〈O.05）. Patients in the observation group B ultrasound examination of the adnexal masses, cardiovascular pulsation, germ, intrauterine gestational sac, pelvic effusion detection rate was significantly higher than the control group of patients with B ultrasound examination, two comparison difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Vaginal B ultrasound for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with abdominal B ultrasound has the advantages of simple operation, high diagnostic rate, adnexal mass, cardiovascular pulsation, germ, intrauterine gestational sac, pelvic effusion detected a higher rate of clinical effect.
