经皮肾微创取石术后护理体会

目的 对经皮肾微创取石术后护理进行分析、总结,为护理工作的高质量进行提高必要的探讨.方法 选择2011年11月-2012年10月进入我院进行经皮肾微创取石手术的患者80例,将其作为试验组进行一般护理基础上辅以各种渠道的护理,同时选择83例患者,将其作为对照组,单纯的进行一般护理,观察、记录对照组与试验组的出血、感染、邻近脏器损伤、尿漏情况.结果 试验组患者出血病例为0、感染病例为3、邻近脏器损伤病例为1、尿漏情况为1,对照组患者出血病例为3、感染病例为7、邻近脏器损伤病例为2、尿漏情况为4,试验组各项指标均优于对照组,两组相比,差异明显（p＜0.05）,具有统计学意义.结论 在对患者进行经皮肾微创取石护理过程中间,一般护理基础上综合采用各种渠道的护理,对患者的临床治疗效果有着十分明显的作用,值得大力推广.

Minimally invasive percutaneous kidney stone postoperative nursing experience

Objective to minimally invasive percutaneous kidney stone analysis, summarized the progress on postoperative nursing care, to improve the necessary discussion on the nursing work of high quality. Methods choice in November 2011-October 2012 in Our hospital for minimally invasive percutaneous kidney stone surgery patients 80 cases, as the experimental group supplement- ed by various channels on the basis of general nursing care, choose 83 patients at the same time, as a control group, only the gen- eral nursing, observation, records of the control group and experimental group, bleeding, infection, adjacent viscera injury, urine leakage. Results in patients with bleeding trial cases 0 cases, infection is 3, adjacent viscera injury to l, the urine leakage situa- tion is 1, the control group patients with hemorrhage cases for 3, 7 cases of infection, adjacent viscera injury cases for 2, urine leakage situation for 4, each index group were superior to control group, significant difference, compared the two groups（P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion in patients with minimally invasive percutaneous kidney stone among nursing process, general nursing based on the combination of a variety of sources, the clinical treatment effect of patients with obviously, is worth promoting.
