盐酸达克罗宁胶浆对喉罩通气全麻苏醒期患者咽喉舒适程度的影响

目的 对盐酸达克罗宁胶浆在外科手术中喉罩通气全麻苏醒期患者咽喉舒适程度进行评价.方法 择期手术的患者40例,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ级,术前无咳嗽、咳痰、咽喉痛.随机均分为盐酸达克罗宁胶浆喉罩组（A组）和石蜡油喉罩组（B组）,将盐酸达克罗宁胶浆和石蜡油涂抹于喉罩表面.记录两组患者.结果 术后两组患者拔除喉罩即刻、拔除喉罩后30 min咽喉痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）B组高于A组（P＜0.05）;在拔除喉罩即刻B组与A组比较收缩（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）升高、心率（HR）增快（P＜0.05）;拔除喉罩后5 min、拔除喉罩后30 min SBP、DBP、HR两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 盐酸达克罗宁胶浆能有效抑制咽喉部的应激反应,减轻患者全麻苏醒期咽喉部疼痛和降低血液动力学的波动.

Dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage cover effect of ventilated patients during recovery from general anesthesia throat comfort degree of larynx

Objective To evaluate the ventilation cover throat anesthesia recovery period of dyclonine hydrochloride mucllage in surgical operation of Jarynx comfort. Methods 40 patients undergoing elective operation, ASA ]-ll, no preoperative cough, sore throat. Randomly divided into dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage LMA group （A group） and paraffin oil LMA group （B group）, the dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage and paraffin oil applied to the laryngeal mask airway surface. Record two groups of patients. Results After operation, two groups of patients with laryngeal mask analogue score 30rain sore throat, visual immediately after laryngeal mask （VAS） in B group than in A group （P＆It; 0.05）; in the laryngeal mask immediately B group compared with A group contraction （SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, heart rate （HR） increased faster （P＆lt; 0.05）; laryngeal mask, after 5min laryngeal mask after 30minSBP, DBP, HR between the two groups showed no significant difference （P＆gt; 0.05）. Conclusion Dyclonine hydrochloride mucilage can effectively inhibit the stress response throat, relieve patients during recovery from general anesthesia throat pain and reduce the fluctuation of hemodynamics.
