车祸脑损伤患者的急诊护理分析

目的 探讨车祸脑损伤患者的急诊护理方法与效果.方法 车祸脑损伤患者40例根据护理方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各20例,两组都给予常规急诊治疗,在此技术上治疗组给予积极地心理护理、神经功能恢复护理与饮食干预.结果 治疗后治疗组症状自评量表中的感觉、情感、思维、意识评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.随访6个月,治疗组的死亡率与并发症发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 脑损伤患者配合应用心理护理、神经功能恢复护理与饮食干预有利于改善症状,降低死亡率与并发症发生率,值得推广应用.

Accident emergency care of patients with brain injury analysis

Objective To investigate the accident emergency care of patients with brain injury methods and results. Methods 40 patients with brain injury accident according to different methods of care were divided into treatment group and control group of 20 patients, two groups were given routine emergency treatment, the treatment group were given on this technology actively psychological care, neurological recovery care and diet intervention. Results After treatment, symptom checklist of feelings, emotions, thinking, awareness score was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Followed for 6 months, the treatment group mortality and morbidity was significantly less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with brain injury psychological care applications, neurological functional recovery care and dietary interventions help to improve symptoms and reduce mortality and morbidity, should be widely applied.
