牙周夹板固定牙周病松动牙的临床价值

目的 深入分析牙周夹板在固定牙周病松动牙中所发挥的实际作用及临床使用价值.方法 选择2011年8月-2012年8月期间接受牙周夹板固定的50例患者作为本次观察对象,应用和牙齿结合紧密的光固化树脂来制作牙周夹板并进行固定.结果 前牙14例（73.69％）显效,4例（2k05％）有效,l例（5.26％）无效,有效率为94.74％;后牙8例（61.54％）显效,3例（23.07％）有效,2例2（15.38％）无效,有效率为84.61％;混合牙8例（44.45％）显效,7例（38.89％）有效,3例（16.67％）无效,有效率为83.33％;合计30例（60.00％）显效,14例（28.00％）有效,6例（12.00％）无效,总有效率为88.00％.结论 牙周夹板固定牙周病松动牙临床效果显著,实际操作步骤简便,应积极推广使用.
