布洛芬不同给药途径对小儿发热的疗效比较

目的探讨布洛芬不同给药途径对小儿发热的临床疗效。方法144例发热的小儿患者被随机分为3组，每组各48例；分别给予布洛芬口服，塞肛及灌肠治疗，比较3组治疗效果及不同时间点退热情况。结果3组均能有效退热，其有效率无明显差异（P〉0．05）；口服组退热速度明显快于其他两组，2h时3组退热的有效率均明显提高，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；4h时3组退热的有效率无明显差异（p〉0．05）。结论布洛芬3种给药途径均能有效退热降温，可根据患儿情况灵活选择给药途径。

Comparison of curative effects of different administration routes with Ibuprofen on fever of children

Objective To compare the effects of different administration routes with Ibuprofen on fever of children. Methods 144 children with fever were divided into three groups randomly, each of them had 48 cases. Different administration routes as taking orally, anus stuffing and enema were employed separately in one group. The curative effects Were valued at last. Results All of the administration routes with Ibuprofen could pyretolysis effective/y, and there was no difference among （P〉0.05）. Taking orally with Ibuprofen had showed the fast effect in pyretolysis （P〈0.05）. In all three groups, effective powers got the peak at 2h after therapy, which showed a significant difference comparing with those before （P〉0.05）. and there was no diffenee among the three groups at 4h in effective power （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The three different administration routes with ]buprofen can get the temperature lower effectively.
