| 摘 要： | 目的 分析椎动脉型颈椎病的中西医结合综合治疗效果,以供参考.方法 选择2005年2月-2012年1月我院椎动脉型颈椎病患者50例作为研究对象,均接受中西医结合综合治疗,观察临床疗效,对比治疗前后患者疼痛程度的差异性.结果 经中西医结合治疗后总有效率达到98.0％.与治疗前比较,患者治疗后VAS评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对椎动脉型颈椎病患者实施中西医结合综合治疗法具有良好的疗效,可明显缓解患者疼痛程度,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective Analyze effect of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of TCM and WM, for reference. Methods Choose 50 cases from Feb. 2005 to Jan. 2012 as research object, give treatment of TCM and WM, observe clinical effect, compare pain degree before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total efficiency is 98%. Compared with before treatment, VAS score was significantly lower after treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined therapy has a good curative effect on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, can relieve the pain degree, is worthy of popularization. |
