瘢痕子宫再次足月妊娠100例阴道试产30例讨论

目的 讨论瘢痕子宫再次足月妊娠阴道分娩的可行性.方法 回顾性分析100例剖宫产后再次足月妊娠分娩患者的资料,选择30例疤痕子宫阴道试产患者、100例正常产妇阴道试产,对两组患者的产时出血量、产程时间、子宫收缩情况、新生儿评分进行比较.结果 与正常产妇阴道分娩相比,疤痕子宫阴道分娩患者出血偏多,产程时间和子宫收缩情况无差异.结论 瘢痕子宫再次足月妊娠选择阴道试产者,在严格掌握指征的前提下,较为安全,减少再次剖宫产加重盆腹腔脏器粘连程度等并发症.
