| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道电切术治疗射精管囊肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析经尿道电切术治疗射精管囊肿患者9例,7例采用经尿道射精管囊肿开窗术,2例采用经尿道射精管口切开术,术后定期随访。结果 9例患者均手术顺利,术中术后无明显并发症出现,术后随访效果满意。结论经尿道电切术治疗射精管囊肿具有创伤小、恢复快的特点,随访效果满意,是治疗射精管囊肿的的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and value of transurethral resection in the treatment of ejaculatory duct cyst. Methods Nine patients with ejaculatory duct cyst were enrolled in this study, which were treated with transurethral resection of ejaculatory duct. Results All the patients were operated successfully, with no complications and satisfactory effect.
