摘    要:目的:评价利用贵金属合金带桩嵌体修复短冠牙体缺损的效果。方法:对146颗后牙残冠经完善根管治疗后,制作贵金属合金带桩嵌体,修复完成后,每年复查1次。结果:经过1~4年的随访观察,144颗患牙经过修复治疗后获得满意效果,1例出现修复体边缘密合不良及继发龋、1例出现食物嵌塞。结论:利用贵金属合金带桩嵌体修复短冠牙体缺损,是一种效果良好的修复方法。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effects repairing extensively damaged short crown molar with golden alloy post inlay. Methods: After being treated with root canal therapy, 146 extensively damaged short molar crowns were reconstructed by golden alloy post inlays. All cases were reguired to recheck once a year. Results: According to a period of 1 to 4 years follow-up, 144 out of 146 restored crown molars were well repaired except one failure due to secondary dental caries and ill-fitting marginal adaptation, and one failure with food impaction. Conclusion: Extensively damaged short crown of molars can be well reconstructed by golden alloy post inlays.
