门氏消囊饮治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征30例疗效观察

目的观察门氏消囊饮治疗肾虚痰瘀型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法30例符合纳入病例标准的患者采用自身前后对照的方法以门氏消囊饮连续服药2个疗程(3个月为1个疗程),通过观察治疗前后相关指标的变化评估门氏消囊饮的临床疗效。结果30例患者治疗后总有效率83.3%(25/30),排卵率73.3%(22/30),妊娠率52.6%(10/19)。治疗后患者月经评分较治疗前明显好转,临床症状评分明显降低,血清促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)及LH/FSH(促卵泡生成素)水平明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论门氏消囊饮可从总体上调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能,改善多囊卵巢综合征患者月经不调及临床症状,降低患者LH、T及LH/FSH水平。

30 Cases of polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency and phlegm stagnation treated with menshi xiaonang decoction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of menshi xiaonang decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)of kidney deficiency and phlegm stagnation.Methods A total of 30 patients in compliance with the inclusion criteria were treated with the oral administration of menshi xiaonang decoction consecutively for 2 sessions(3 months as 1 session).The self-comparison was adopted.The clinical effect of such decoction was evaluated by observing the changes of the relevant indicators before and after treatment.Results Among 30 cases,the total effective rate was 83.3%,the ovulation rate was 73.3%and the pregnancy rate was 52.6%.After treatment,the menstruation score was improved obviously as compared with that before treatment,the clinical symptom score,serum luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and LH/FSH(follicle-stimulating hormone)were all reduced obviously.Conclusion Menshi xiaonang decoction overall regulates the thalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis function,relieves irregular menstruation and clinical symptoms and reduces the levels of LH,T and LH/FSH in PCOS patients.
