66例大学生亚健康状态中医证型、症状研究

目的：研究“非典”期间大学生亚健康状态的证型、症状规律。方法：根据中医四诊内容制定症状观察表，每个症状分轻、中、重三级，对其舌象进行拍照，研究证型、症状规律。结果：“非典”期间大学生亚健康状态证型主要有肝肾阴虚证、肝阴虚证、肝郁脾虚证、湿热蕴脾证、脾虚湿蕴证、心脾两虚证等；出现率较高的症状有月经失调、头痛头晕、便秘、排便不爽等；症状以轻度症状多见。结论：“非典”期间大学生亚健康状态以虚证多见，轻度亚健康状态多见，主要表现肝、肾、脾、心功能失调；生殖内分泌系统失调和植物神经功能紊乱是大学生亚健康状态的病理核心。

Studies on TCM Syndrome Type and Symptoms of Sixty-six Cases of College Students' Subhealth State

Objective: To study the law of syndrome type and symptomes of college students' subhealth state. Method: The symptom observation table was made in accordance with the four TCM diagnostic methods. Every symptom was classified into three types: slight, medium, serious; and their pictures of the tongues were photographed to study its law of syndrome type and symptoms. Results: The syndrome type of college students' subhealth state in SARS period includes deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin, deficiency of liver-yin, stagnation of the liver-qi and deficiency of the spleen; noxious damp-heat accumulated in the spleen; water retention due to hypofunction of the spleen and hypofunction of both the spleen and the lung. Some symptoms had high rate of occurance: menstrual disorder, headache and dizziness, constipation and drainage difficulty. The symptoms were mainly slight. Conclusion: During SARS period, deficiency syndromes were common in the college students' subhealth state and the common slight subhealth state was mainly revealed in the dysfunction of the liver, kidney, spleen and heart. And maladjustment of reproductive and endocrine system and disorder of vegetative nervous function are the pathologic nuclear of college student's subhealth state.
