| 摘 要： | 目的：研究细胞间粘附分子－１（ＩＣＡＭ－１）在原发性肝癌的临床意义。方法：以免疫线化方法结合全自动图像分析检测ＩＣＡＭ－１在３０例原发性肝癌组织及６例正常肝组织的表达，分析其与肿瘤分化程度、大小及转移之间的关系。结果：３０例原发性肝癌组织２５例ＩＣＡＭ－１表达阳性（阳性率８３．３％），肝癌组织中ＩＣＡＭ－１含量明显高于正常肝组织（Ｐ〈０．０１），转移组肝癌中ＩＣＡＭ－１含量明显地无转移组（Ｐ〈０．

| Abstract: | Purpose: To study the expression and significance of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM -1) in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). Methods: Immunohistochemical location of ICAM-1 was performed on 30 liver tissue sections of patients with HCC and 6 normal liver tissues. Results: The expression of ICAM-1 was positive (25/30,83.3%) in the cell of hepatoma.Positive staining was honeycomb-like appearance in part of cases. Tissue ICAM-1 was higher in liver cancer than in normal tissue (P< 0.01 ). Tissue ICAM-1 was higher in liver cancer with metastasis than in liver cancer without metastasis (P<0.01). No correlation was found between tissue ICAM-1 and age or sex or tumor grade or tumor diameter. Conclusion: Enhanced ICAM-1 expression was found on hepatoma tissues. ICAM-1 may be a marker of presuming the metastasis of HCC patitents. |
