| 摘 要： | 目的检测诱导型一氧化氮合酶（iNOS）在胃癌前病变及胃癌的表达，探讨iNOS的表达与胃癌发生、发展的关系。方法收集慢性浅表性胃炎（CSG），慢性萎缩性胃炎伴中、重度肠上皮化生（IM），慢性萎缩性胃炎伴中、重度不典型增生（Dys）各30例，胃癌（GC）40例，采用sP免疫组化法检测iNOS蛋白的表达。结果CSG、IM、Dys、GC组织中iNOS表达呈逐渐增强趋势，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论iNOS表达在胃癌发生、发展过程中起一定作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expressions of inducible nitric oxide synthase （iNOS）in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions,and the expressions of iNOS in the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of iNOS were determined by immunohistochemical method in 130 gastric specimens including 30 cases of chronic superficial gastritis ,30 cases of intestinal metaplasia,30 cases of dysplasia and 40 cases of gastric carcinoma. Results The expression levels of iNOS in chronic superficial gastritis, precancerous group and gastric carcinoma had an increasing tendency, which showed statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expression of iNOS was up-regulated in the carcinogenesis of gastric carcinoma. |
