| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外用胰岛素治疗高血糖放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法:将42例高血糖放射性皮炎患者随机分为试验组与对照组,每组21例,两组患者均予以放射性皮炎常规治疗及护理,试验组在此基础上加用外用胰岛素,观察两组患者创面愈合情况,并做比较分析。结果:两组患者显效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外用胰岛素治疗高血糖放射性效果较好,值得进一步推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of insulin in external treatment of radioactive dermatitis in patients with hyperglycemia.Methods 42 patients were randomly divided into experimental group in patients with hyperglycemia radioactive dermatitis and a control group of 21 cases.Two groups of patients were radioactive dermatitis routine therapy and nursing,the experimental group in the control group based on the implementation of the insulin.Cicatrization was observed and make comparative analysis.Results Two groups of patients data comparison difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion External use of insulin in treatment of radioactive dermatitis in patients with hyperglycemia was safe and effective. |
