心理干预对复发性生殖器疱疹患者疗效的临床研究

目的:探讨心理干预在复发性生殖器疱疹患者中的临床疗效,统计复发率。方法:将90例复发性生殖器疱疹患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片联合心理干预,对照组单纯口服盐酸伐昔洛韦片,比较两组的临床疗效和复发率。结果:干预组总有效率(95.3%)明显高于对照组总有效率(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.496,P=0.002);对照组复发率(30.0%)明显高于干预组复发率(11.6%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.295,P=0.038)。结论:口服抗病毒药物联合心理干预治疗复发性生殖器疱疹临床疗效优于单纯口服抗病毒药物,且能明显降低其复发率。

Clinical study on psychological intervention in patients with recurrent genital herpes

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of psychological intervention on patients with recurrent genital herpes. Methods 90 patients with recurrent genital herpes were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,pa-tients in intervention group treated with oral Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets combined with psychological intervention,those in control group were treated with oral Valaciclovir Hydrochloride Tablets. Curative effect and the recurrence rate were compared between two groups. Results the effective rate in intervention group（95. 3% ）was significantly higher than that in the control group（70% ）,（χ2 = 9. 496,P= 0. 002）;The recurrence rate in control group（30% ）was significantly higher than that in intervention group（11. 6% ）,（χ2 = 4. 295, P = 0. 038）. Conclusion Oral antiviral drugs combined with psychological intervention treating recurrent genital herpes is better than oral antiviral drugs only,and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
