心理护理干预对老年高血压患者生活质量及遵医行为的影响

目的:探讨心理护理干预对老年高血压患者生活质量及遵医行为的影响。方法:将收治的137例高血压老年患者按照随机分层分组法分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予心理护理干预,观察两组生活质量评分和遵医行为。结果:观察组患者生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI)评分为(77.05±1.83)分,对照组GQOLI评分为(62.91±2.32)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者饮食控制、规律服药及自我血压监测等遵医行为均显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预能显著改善患者的生活质量,提高患者遵医行为,在临床护理中具有重要价值。

Psychological nursing intervention of elderly hypertensive patients quality of life and follow the influence of the medical behavior

Objective To study the psychological nursing intervention of elderly hypertensive patients quality of life and follow the influ-ence of the medical behavior. Methods Our hospital 137 cases of hypertension elderly patients according to the random stratified grouping method is divided into observation group and control group,control group given routine nursing intervention,on the basis of the observation group in the control group given psychological nursing intervention,observe two groups of quality of life score and the medical behavior. Results Observation group of patients life quality comprehensive rating scale（GQOLI）score of（77. 05 ± 1. 83 mm）,control group for GQOLI score（62. 91 ± 2. 32）,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Observation group of pa-tients diet,regular medication and self blood pressure monitoring were significantly better than the control group,such as medical behavior differences between the two groups was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can signifi-cantly improve patients′ quality of life and improve patients according to the medical behavior,has important value in clinical nursing.
