米索前列醇单用与配伍米非司酮联合清宫术终止11~13~(+6)周妊娠的疗效分析

目的:探讨米索前列醇单用与配伍米非司酮联合清宫术两种方法终止11~13+6周妊娠的作用效果。方法:回顾性分析米索前列醇配伍米非司酮联合清宫术,用于终止11~13+6周妊娠妇女50例,和单用米索前列醇终止妊娠11~13+6周大月份流产钳刮术结果进行比较。结果:米索前列醇配伍米非司酮联合清宫术较单用米索前列醇和钳刮术手术时间短、出血量少、胎盘滞留率显著降低,未见人工流产综合征、子宫穿孔、羊水栓塞等并发症的发生。结论:米索前列醇配伍米非司酮联合清宫术终止11~13+6周妊娠具有用药简便、安全可靠、缩短手术时间、减少出血量少、流产成功率高、并发症少等优点,值得推广应用。

An analysis of ending pregnancy between single using of Misoprostol Tablets and compound treatment by Mifepristion Tablets with a Dilatation surgery

Objective This essay aims to compare two ways of ending pregnancy for a week of 11~13＋6 between a single use of Misoprostol Tablets and a compound treatment by Mifepristone Tablets with a Dilatation surgery.Methods 50 clinic cases of pregnant women are observed with the above two ways.Results The result shows that the compound treatment by Mifepristione Tablets with a Dilatation surgery takes an apparent advantage of the single use of Misoprostol with a Curettage surgery over the following aspects-less surgery time,less blood,a low rate of maza detainment,abortion symptoms free,no risk of perforation of uterus and amniotic embolism.Conclusion With so many advantages,the compound treatment by Mifepristione Tablets with a Dilatation surgery should be widely used in clinic to the pregnant women of more than 11~13＋6 weeks so as to end pregnancy.
