缺氧对大鼠蜕膜细胞巢蛋白表达的影响及当归保护作用

摘    要:目的探讨缺氧对11天孕大鼠子宫蜕膜细胞巢蛋白表达的影响及当归注射液是否对缺氧蜕膜细胞有保护作用。方法将孕11天孕鼠采用低张性缺氧模型致大鼠子宫蜕膜缺氧,大鼠蜕膜组织经巢蛋白免疫组织化学染色后,进行观察分析。结果对照组巢蛋白阳性蜕膜细胞数量少、染色浅;缺氧组巢蛋白阳性蜕膜细胞数量增多、染色增强(P〈0.05);与缺氧组相比,当归组巢蛋白阳性蜕膜细胞数量减少、染色减弱(P〈0.05)。结论(1)11天孕大鼠子宫蜕膜细胞内有巢蛋白表达,且缺氧可刺激其表达。(2)当归注射液可能对缺氧蜕膜细胞有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of hypoxia on the expression of Nestin in Rats'decidual cells and whether Angelica sinensis injection have the protective role to decidual cells in hypoxia.Methods The uterine decidual tissue of 11d-conceiving female rats were in hypotonic hypoxia.The expression of Nestin in decidual cells was studied with immunohistochmistry,and then the results were observed and analyzed.Results The postive Nestin cells in hypoxia group were more than that of control group,and the colour of postive cells was darker than than that of control group(P<0.05);but in Angelica group,they were less and lighter than that of hypoxia group(P<0.05).Conclusion(1)There was the expression of Nestin in 11d-conceiving female rats' decidual cells,and hypoxia could stimulate the expression of Nestin of them.(2)Angelica sinensis injection could play a protective role to rats' decidual cells.
