我市护理队伍现状剖析及对策

目的了解自贡市护理队伍的现状并分析其原因,为护理队伍人才培养和使用提供科学依据。方法通过回顾性分析,了解护理队伍专业学历教育、职称结构等情况。结果护理队伍中具有中专、大专、本科学历的分别为62.83%、21.55%、1.01%,具有护士、护师、主管护师、副主任护师专业职称的分别为30.34%、40.57%、25.66%、0.80%。结论护理队伍学历教育水平偏低;职称结构不合理;缺乏临床科研教学人员。加强护理队伍人才培养,提高护士的整体素质是当务之急。

Analysis of the current status of nursing team and strategies in our city

Objective To determine the current status of the nursing team in our city and to analyze the reasons,in order to provide scientific reference for the development and utilization of nursing human resource.Method A retrospective analysis was performed to determine the current status of the nursing team,such as their educational level,structures of title.Results In the nursing team,the nurses who accept professional educational background of technical secondary school,associate degree and bachelor degree are 62.83%,21.55% and 1.01% respectively.The structure of nurses' professional title with nurse,senior nurse,charge nurse and vice-director nurse are(30.34%),(40.57%),25.66% and 0.80% respectively.Conclusions The nurses' educational level are relatively low;the structure of professional titles is unreasonable and lack of the persons who can take clinical teaching and nursing research.So it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of competent nurses and improve the whole quality of nurses.
