低强度激光照射加速正畸牙齿移动的临床研究

[目的]探讨低强度激光照射对正畸牙移动的影响。[方法]采用低强度激光对20例对称拔除第一前磨牙的病例在尖牙向远中移动的过程中进行照射，1次／周，20min／次，共照射4次，右侧为实验侧，左侧为对照侧。在尖牙移动后7、14、21和28d时，在石膏模型上测量尖牙远中移动的距离，并进行统计学的分析。[结果]实验侧尖牙远中移动的距离均大于对照侧，经过￡检验，第7、14、21、28天，P值均〈0．01，与对照侧尖牙远中移动的距离相比，差异具有显著性意义。[结论]低强度激光照射能有效的加速正畸牙齿的移动，缩短正畸治疗的疗程。

Clinical application of low energy laser in acceleration of orthodontic tooth movement
