| 摘 要： | 颅内巨大动脉瘤由于其特殊的颅内分布及病理表现，临床处理中常需阻断载瘤动脉，为避免载瘤动脉阻断后可能导致的脑缺血，许多神经外科学者创造了各种行之有效的颅内、外动脉分流术(EIAB)技术来辅助巨大动脉瘤的处理。作者就EIAB技术在颅内巨大动脉瘤处理中的应用进展作简要综述。

| Abstract: | Owing to the specific distribution and pathology of intracranial giant aneurysm, the parent artery must frequently be interdicted. In order to avoid cerebral ischemia, many neurosurgeons create effective techniques of extracranial intracranial artery bypass(EIAB) for the treatment of intracranial giant aneurysm. In this review, the author summarized advances in the application of EIAB for the treatment of intracranial giant aneurysm. |
