| 摘 要： | 幻觉是精神科临床上十分常见的一个症状 ,特别是对于精神分裂症来说更是如此。在临床上 ,我们以幻觉的效应作为重要方法来评价幻觉这一主要指标 ,这样虽然可以反映幻觉的主要问题 ,但也有可能忽略了幻觉其他很多的特征以及这些特征对我们关于幻觉的认知的影响。我们曾对幻觉的 18项属性进行过描述[1] ,也进行了幻觉频度的初步分析[2 ] 。为进一步认识这些特征之间的相互关系 ,特别是识别幻觉特征类别中的代表性特征 ,我们进行了特征的相关分析以及相关的研究。1 一般资料与方法研究对象为 83例精神疾病患者 ,男性 4 6例 ,女性 37例 ,年龄 1… |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the specific characteristics of hallucination. Methods: Eighty-three psychiatric patients were assessed with Hallucination Assessment Scale (HAS). Correlation analysis was conducted on all of the 5 major characteristics of hallucination.Results: Significant positive correlations were found among the 5 major characteristics of hallucination. The characteristic of "Effectiveness" was shown to bear the highest correlations with the other characteristics. Conclusion: Effectiveness appears to be the most distinctive characteristic of hallucination. |
