| 摘 要： | 对56例血源性金葡肺炎临床分析表明:胸片气囊肿,结合临床表现,虽未经细菌学证实可诊断金葡肺炎。气胸、脓气胸是本病常见并发症。早期联合应用有效抗生素是治疗的关键。先锋必是治疗本病的一种有效抗生素。

| Abstract: | Diagnosis and treatments of 56 adult cases of staphylococcus aureous pneumonia resulting from septicemia were studied.The results have shown that the diagnosis can depend upon the smaller air cyst on the X-ray pho- tongraphs of the chest and clinical phenomena without bacteriological evidence.The paper has pointed out that spontaneous-pneumothorax and pneumopyothorax are common complications following this disease.In ad- dition,the results of clinical treatments have shown that early combined applications of effective antibiotics are the key of treatments and that ce- foperazone sodium is a very evective drug. |
