肱骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨近端骨质疏松性骨折

目的探讨应用肱骨近端锁定加压钢板（LPHP）治疗肱骨近端骨质疏松性骨折的疗效。方法 2008年3月~2011年3月共收治肱骨近端骨质疏松性骨折36例患者,男12例,女24例;年龄60~79岁,平均69岁。根据Neer分型：二部分骨折7例,三部分骨折19例,四部分骨折10例。均采用LPHP内固定治疗。结果36例患者术后获12~28m（平均18.8m）随访。按照Neer功能评分评定疗效：优23例,良8例,可4例,差1例,优良率86.1%。结论应用肱骨近端锁定加压钢板（LPHP）治疗肱骨近端骨质疏松性骨折,骨折固定有显著疗效。

Treatment of the proximal humeral osteoporotic fractures with proximal humerus locking compression plate

Objective To investigate the effect of the proximal humeral osteoporotic fractures with proximal humerus locking compression plate（LPHP）.Method Selecting 36 patients of the proximal humeral osteoporotic fractures from March 2008 to March 2011,12 males and 24 females;aged 60 to 79 years,an average of 69 years.According to the Neer classification： twopart fracture in 7cases,three-part fracture in 19 cases,four-part fracture in 10 cases.All of the patients were treated with LPHP fixation.Result All patients were followed-up 12 to 28 months（an average of 18.8 months）.The effects were evaluated according to the Neer score： excellent in 23 cases,good in 8 cases,relatively satisfied with 4 cases and poor in 1 case,good rate of 86.1%.Conclusion Using LPHP to treat the proximal humeral osteoporotic fractures,fixations of fracture have a significant effect.
