| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)通过其特异性受体VEGF受体(VEGF receptors,VEGFR)发挥生物学功能.VEGFR包括VEGFR1-3和Neuropilins.VEGF受体不仅表达在血管内皮细胞上起着重要的血管增生作用,而且在表皮角质形成细胞中有显著的表达.这不仅对表皮来源肿瘤的发病机制的研究具有重要价值,而且对其治疗靶点的确认意义深远.VEGF-VEGFR信号传导通路可能将在治疗表皮肿瘤中成为重要的靶目标.

| Abstract: | Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) exerts its biological functions by its specific VEGF receptors (VEGFRs),which includes VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2,VEGFR-3,neuropilin-1 and neuropilin-2.These VEGF receptors not only distribute in endothelial cells,but also in epidermal keratinocytes.VEGFRs may play a significant role in pathogenesis of the epidermal neoplasm and the VEGF-VEGFR signaling pathway may be a novel therapy target for neoplasm derived from epidermis. |
