定量评价心脏扭转运动的新方法——速度向量成像技术

速度向量成像技术不受超声入射角度、超声帧频的影响且无分析切面的局限,是评价心肌扭转运动的新的可靠的定量指标。现就速度向量成像技术在评价正常及病理状态下心脏的扭转运动的临床应用等问题进行综述,表明速度向量成像技术是检测心肌扭转形变特征的可靠方法,具有广阔的应用前景。

Quantitative Assessment of Ventricular Torsion with a New Method: Velocity Vector Imaging

Velocity vector imaging is a novel quantitative echocardiographic technique to quantify ventricular torsion,independent of angle,frame rate and aspect.In this paper,we analyze the characteristics of ventricular torsion in normal and various pathologic cardiac states.This new method,velocity vector imaging,may detect myocardial torsion deformation noninvasively and be promising in clinical application.Echocardiographic velocity vector imaging has the most potential for clinical use.
