肱骨髁间骨折两种牵引体位的比较

为了了解固定体位对骨折疗效的影响，采用随机分组的方法，将２３例新鲜重度肱骨髁间骨折分为两组，手法整复后分别采用不同体位进行骨牵引。结果表明，悬吊牵引法较水平位牵引法疗效更为理想，尤其是对Ⅳ°有明显嵌插移位的骨折。认为悬吊牵引可利用肢体的重力以增加牵引效果，较好的纠正重叠或嵌插移位，而且有利于患肢血液回流，可加速肿胀消退和组织修复，是肱骨髁间骨折合理的固定体位。

A comparison of two traction postures for humeral intercondylar fracture

In order to observe the influence of traction postures on fracture therapeutic effects,23 case of fresh serious humeral intercondylar fracture were randomly divided into two groups,for which skeletal tractin was performed after manual closed reduction with different postures,respectively.The results showed that the therapeutic effects of suspennsory traction were better than houizontal traction,especially in case of 4-degree fracture with obviors impaction and displacement.It was considered that suspensory traction,using limb weight,can increase the traction effect,effectively correct overlap,impaction and displacement.accelerate the blood backflow in the affected limb,speed up swelling disapperance and tissue repair.The suspensory traction posture may be regarded as a rational one for humeral intercondylar fracture.
