实验性镉中毒肝脏损害

摘    要:本文动态观察了亚慢性镉中毒大鼠肝组织中镉含量,组织学及超微结构改变。病变早期线粒体肿胀、空泡变性、粗面内质网(RER) 和糖原聚集成片及毛细胆管破坏等;随后糖原逐渐减少消失,RER、线粒体扩张破坏,次级溶酶体增加,狄塞氏间隙微绒毛消失及胶原纤维增生。肝细胞坏死早期较明显。镉离子与金属硫蛋白结合,故X-线波谱扫描分折无游离镉富集现象。

Abstract:Ultrastructure and analysis of the liver of rats subchronically exposed to CdCl2were investigated by electron microscopy, atomic absorption spectro photometer and electron probe X-ray microanalyzer.Cadmium contents in liver of the experimental group were increased with the successive treatment.Significant ultrastructural alterations occurred: glycogens, lysosomes and RER increased.mitochondria swelled, Disse space destroyed within the first two weeks; then glycogens disappeared, RER dilated, inclusion body in the nucleus appeared with collagenous fibers proliferation and some local necrosis.The injury showed repas-sing after withdrawal from cadmium exposure, but the hepatopathy was still in progress finally terminated in cirrhosis. Liver is one of the target organs of cadmium poisoning.Microanalysis of cadmium by electron probe X-ray microanalyzer revealed that there was no concentrated areas of Cd ions in the liver because of their conjugation with proteins.
