| 摘 要： | 本文对114例各类消化系统恶性肿瘤及48例健康成人红细胞免疫功能调节因子进行了观察比较,经统计学处理与正常人相比,消化系统各肿瘤红细胞C_(3b)受体花环促进率(RFER)降低,而红细胞C_(3b)受体花环抑制率(RFIR)明显升高(P<0.01)。这不仅与肿瘤细胞产生的某些抑制因子有关,而且与机体红细胞免疫功能调节紊乱和红细胞粘附IC增多及SOD活性下降有关。

| Abstract: | The immunologic function of red blood cells (RBC)was measured in 144 cases of malignant tumor of digestive system and 48 normal adults. The immunological parameters included the serum rosette forming inhibitory rate of red cell C_(3b) receptor (RFIR)and the serum rosette forming excitatoty rate of red cell C_(3b) receptor (RFER). The results showed thal RFER was lower and RFIR was higher in the patients with malignant tumor of digestive system than those in normal adults (P O. 01). Those might be related to some immunologic inhibitory factors in serum produced by tumor cells ; the disturbance of RBC immunologic function ;higher ability of RBC adhering to immune complex and lower activity of SOD. |
