妊娠期糖尿病的产前筛查

目的 了解本地妊娠期糖尿病的发病率及高危因素，评价50g葡萄糖筛查的应用价值。方法 对2403例孕24—28周的孕妇行50g糖筛查，1小时血糖≥7．8mmol/L者再行0GTT检测，检出异常者及确诊GDM者。结果 本次2403例中妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的发生率为0．96％，妊娠期糖耐量减低(GIGT)发生率1．04％，高危因素有巨大儿、异常孕产史、反复霉菌性阴道炎、糖尿病家族史、反复尿糖阳性等；前置胎盘、合并妊高征、肥胖，也值得关注。结论 对妊娠期所有孕妇行50g糖筛查可减少GDM漏诊，伴有高危因素的孕妇应重点监测。

Screening for gestational diabetes mellitus

Objectives To find out of about the incidence and the risk factors.To evaluate the applied value of 50-g glucose screening test for Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Methods We preformed the 50-g glucose screening test for 2403 cases pregnant woman at 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy .If the blood sugar value was exceed 7.8mmol/L,they would be examined with oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT),to find out the abnormal and GDM . Results The incidence of disease of GDM was 0.96%,The gestational impaired glucose tolerance (GIGT) was 1.04%. The risk factors are huge foetus,the abnormal case history in the matter of gestation and childbirth,vaginitis of mould,family case history of diabetes,there are glucoses in urine et al. In addition they must be attended that there are low placenta, complications that gestational hypertensive syndrome,obesity.Conclusions It is useful for reduce the GDM miss out of diagnose that all pregnant women are performed the test of 50-g glucose screening. The pregnant women with risk factors are focal are focal point of the supervision work.
