脂肪因子研究进展

摘    要:脂肪聚集可导致动脉粥样硬化、高血压、糖尿病等一系列肥胖相关性疾病。近年来的研究发现,脂肪组织是一个代谢活跃的内分泌器官,可分泌多种脂肪因子,其中一部分为传统意义上的激素,如瘦素、脂联素、抵抗素、内脂素等;另一些与炎症及免疫相关的细胞因子相同,如肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6等。脂肪组织通过脂肪因子与许多器官、组织,如心血管、肝脏、肌肉、胰腺等进行对话,从而广泛地影响和调节机体的能量代谢及各种功能。本文将脂肪因子的作用及近年来的研究进展综述如下。
