| 摘 要： | 目的降低药品库存.加速库存资金周转。方法采用回顾性研究,分2组对经验药品采购模式和相对零库存药品采购模式进行分析。结果相对零库存药品采购模式在保证临床用药的情况下,节约了大量的资金。药品的周转率提高了约108%,药品的周转天数缩短了约12.8d。结论相对零库存药品采购模式较好地做到了既不积压也不断货,达到了合理控制药品库存和显著降低采购成本的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective To reduce hospital drug stock and to speed up turnover of capital.Method Analyze the empiric model and the relative null stock model of drug purchasing in two groups by retrospective study.Results The relative null stock model can economize a large number of fund without disturbing clinical medicine usage,can improve the turnover rate by 108%,shorten turnover days by about 12.8 days.Conclusions By using the relative null stock model in drug purchasing,the purchasing-cost is decreasing remarkablely,the drug stock was controlled reasonably.That ensured drug neither overstocked nor run out of. |
