高压电场对兔脑的影响

摘    要:目的 了解高压电场对兔脑的影响。方法  2 4只新西兰兔分为正常对照组和实验组 ,两铜板电极分别固定在左耳和右前肢 ,造成一个高压电场 ,分别于伤后 0、6、12、2 4、4 8、72h和 7d ,观察其神经症状和脑部病理解剖及组织学改变。结果 损伤组早期均有神经肌肉症状 ,脑部主要病理改变为脑组织充血、出血、水肿 ,而未发现脑神经细胞组织发生病理改变。结论 非接触头部高压电场对脑组织微循环系统有影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the influences of the high voltage electric field to rabbit brain.Methods 24 New Zealand rabbits were classified into normal comparison group and experiment group.Two electrodes of copper were respectively combined with the left ear and right forelimb to produce a high voltage electric field.Dissected and histologoical observations of rabbit brain were made 0,6,12,24,48,72 hours,7 days after electric injuries.Results At the earlier time all the experiment group had neuromuscular symptoms.Pathological changes of the brain tissue were hyperaemia,haemorrhage,edema.Pathological change was not found in the nerve cells of the brain.Conclusions High voltage electric field outside the head has influences to the microcirculation of the brain tissue.
