肿瘤患者麻醉药品应用调查分析

目的 回顾性了解我院肿瘤诊疗研究中心在2003-2006年间麻醉药品的使用情况.方法 采用金额和用药频度排序,对我院肿瘤诊疗研究中心2003-2006年间使用的麻醉药品进行统计分析.结果 在针剂中盐酸吗啡注射液使用量最大,在口服药制剂中用量始终居前的是硫酸吗啡控释片,芬太尼贴剂则广泛用于长效止痛.结论 掌握医院麻醉药品的应用情况,有助于药品的妥善管理和合理使用.

Investigation and Analysis of Narcotic Drugs on Tumor Patients

Objective To review if narcotic drugs were used reasonably in Cancer Center of Union Hospital from 2003 to 2006. Methods We analyzed narcotic drugs used in Cancer Center of Union Hospital from 2003 to 2006 according to the amount of money and frequency of medication. Result Morphine hydrochloride was the most used injection and morphine sulfate controlled-release tablets always occupied the predominant situation in oral administration. Fentanyl patch was widely used in persistent pain-relieving action. Conclusion To grasp the application of narcotic drugs is helpful for rational use and proper management of druqs.
