头颈部动静脉瘘治疗方法错误的分析

目的 探讨头颈部动静脉瘘治疗的最佳方法。方法 分析５例头颈部动静脉瘘病人，采用瘘近心端动脉结扎后，面未能治愈的教训，改用正确的方法后而治愈。结果 采用正确的治疗方法，５例病人全愈。结论 头颈部动静脉瘘的正确治疗方法是闭塞瘘或行瘘孤立术，而不是结扎或闭塞瘘近心供血动脉。

Analysis of Mistakes in The Treatment of Head-neck AVFs

Objective To explore the optimal treatment of AVF in the head-neck region. Method The data of 5 patients with the AVFs, who had been not cured by ligation of the extremities of the involved arteries proximal to the heart, were retrospectively analysed. Result These 5 patients were finally cured by obliterating or isolating the fistulae. Conclusion The authors considered that it is the optimal way for treatment of head-neck AVFs to obhterate or isolate the fistula rather than to ligate or occlude the end of its supplying artery proximal to the heart.
