摘    要:目的研究紫荆花红色素的最佳提取分离方法和工艺。方法以色素提取的吸附量、解吸量为指标,确定出色素分离的优化工艺条件。结果单因素实验确定X-5树脂和丙酮为最佳吸附剂和解吸剂;正交实验确定的优化工艺条件为:原花液浓度2mg.ml-1左右,吸附流速1ml.min-1,树脂径高比2∶3。结论优化条件下紫荆花红色素总提取率在3.8%左右,色价为264.3。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the optimum technology for separating the pigment from the flower of Bauhinia aurea Levl.. METHODS Using orthogonal design experiments and single factor experiments, with the adsorption and desorption capacities as the indexes, to confirm optimal conditions.RESULTS The single factor experiment confirmed X-5 that resin and acetone were the best adsorbent and desorbing agent. The optimum conditions of the orthogonal experiments were as follows: concentration of flower solution was 2 mgml~(-1) , the flow rate of adsorption was 1 mlmin~(-1), the ratio of diameter and height of resins was 23. CONCLUSION The product yield of the pigment is up to (3.8% )and the colouration of the fine pigment is 264.3.
