| 摘 要： | 目的：探究睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)的中医分型及其基本治则。方法：对经过PSG检查被确诊为SAS的患者进行中医辩证分型。结果：SAS的发病，实证大于虚证，实证中大多与痰有关，虚证中肾阳虚占绝大多数。结论：SAS的治则．实证应以化痰通浊为主，虚证应以温肾助阳为主。

| Abstract: | Purpose : To explore the TCM typing for sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) and its basic treating principle . Method : The SAS patient determined after PSG examination was typed according to the TCM differentiation of syndrome . Results : In the courses of SAS attack , there were more excess syndromes than deficiency syndromes. Most of excess syndromes were related to phlegm while the deficiency of the kidney yang made up most of the deficiency syndromes. Conclusion : The treating principle of SAS was that the excess syndromes should be focused on reducing phlegm and resolving masses while the deficiency syndromes on warming the kidney and reinforcing yang . |
