乳腺癌病理及X线特征相关性分析

目的:分析乳腺癌的病理及X线表现特点,提高诊断水平。材料与方法:分析经乳腺X线摄影以及手术病理证实的174例乳腺癌,将X线所见按肿块、钙化、结构紊乱、局限性或弥漫性密度增高以及相关征象进行描述。结果:乳腺癌X线表现为肿块者126例(72.4%),钙化110例(63.2%),结构紊乱88例(50.6%),局限性或弥漫性致密影者33例(18.9%),血管增粗、增多者51例(29.3%)。结论:乳腺癌X线特征与病理基础密切相关。通过病理与X线特征对照分析,可准确判断X线特征的意义。

The Correlation Analysis Between the Pathology and Mammographic Features of Breast Cancer

Purpose:To analyze the mammographic features of the breast cancer and improve the diagnostic level of the breast cancer.Materials and Methods:A total of 174 patients with breast cancer confirmed by operation and pathology were studied.The mammographic features were divided into mass,microcalcification,architecture distortion,focal or diffuse increased density and related features.Results:Mammographic features of breast cancer were masses in 126(72.4%),microcalcification in 110(63.2%),architecture distortion in 88(50.6%),focal of diffuse increased density in 33(18.9%),vascular asymmetry in 51(29.3%).Conclusion:The common features of breast cancer is close correlative with pathologic bases.To evaluate the sense of mammographic features accurate by cross-check analysis of pathology and mammographic features.
