| 摘 要： | 针对如何建立农村固定无偿献血队伍的问题，提出了在当地乡镇政府的支持下，制定针对农村特点和需求的政策与宣传方式，以充分调动农民参与无偿献血积极性的措施，并取得了明显成效。旨在为农村固定无偿献血队伍的建立提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The paper aimed to solve how to construct the troops of blood donation without repayment in countryside, put forward some measures and achieved obviously effect. These measures included gaining support from local government, constituting policy and propagandistic mode which met characteristics and needs of countryside, and mobilizing enthusiasm of the farmers, which provided reference for constructing the troops of blood donation without repayment in countryside. |
