| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)与急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者预后之间的关系。方法将ACS患者随机分为HbA1c正常组、HbA1c升高组,测定HbA1c浓度。结果HbA1c增高组的患者随访心功能NYHA分级、左室舒张末内径(LVDd)均明显高于HbA1c正常组(P均<0.05)。HbA1c增高组的左室射血分数(EF)明显低于HbA1c正常组(P<0.05)。结论HbA1c与ACS患者预后具有相关性,积极控制HbA1c可明显改善预后。
