音乐干预对手术病人应激反应影响的探讨

目的:探讨音乐干预是否能对手术病人在围手术期的心理应激产生影响,从而使机体的各项生理指标更有利于开展手术及术后机体的恢复。方法:选择13 0例全麻择期开颅手术和5 0例硬膜外麻醉择期普通外科手术作为研究对象。将180例手术病人分为实验组和对照组,实验组病人在围手术期给予音乐干预,而对照组则没有。结果:术前病人在音乐干预下收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸、氧饱和度均优于对照组(P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。术中实验组病人的气道阻力、血糖水平及尿中肾上腺素的量均低于对照组(P <0 0 5 )。术后实验组病人与对照组进行比较,拆线时间缩短,从清醒到第一次使用止疼剂的时间延长。结论:在围手术期对病人进行音乐干预,能减轻病人因恐惧造成的应激反应,提高手术疗效,促进机体康复。

The influence of music intervention in operational patients with stress reaction

Objective: To explore the influence of music inte rv ention in patients' psychological stress during perioperational period so as to make physical parameters of the body advantage to operation and recovery after o peration. Methods: One hundred and thirty patients of craniotomy with general anesthesia and fifty patients of general surgical opertion with ep idural anesthesia were selected for the research. The patients were subdivided i nto the research group and the control group. The patients in the research group were given perioperational music intervention and the patients in the other gro up with none. Results: The patients in the research group had be tter blood pressure, heart beat, respiration, and blood oxygen saturation than t hat of the control group(all P<0.05)before operation; the respirational trac t resistance, blood sugar, and epinephrine in urine of the patients in the resea rch group were lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05). The patient s in the research group needed longer time from regaining consciousness to use t he first analgetic drug and shorter time to back out the suture. Conclus ion: The findings indicate that perioperational music intervention can e ase the reaction of the patients, improve the effect of operation, and accelerat e the healing.
