| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阿莫西林分散片工艺及性质考察。方法:采用正交设计法考察处方中组分的影响因素,以崩解时间为观察指标,对阿莫西林分散片的处方进行筛选,并与阿莫西林胶囊和普通片剂溶出度比较。结果:按优化处方制备的阿莫西林分散片可在30 s内完全崩解,分散均匀性试验表明混悬液能通过2号筛,以0.1%盐酸液为介质体外溶出度明显优于阿莫西林片剂及胶囊剂。结论:经试验筛选出的处方所制备的阿莫西林分散片制备工艺简单,溶出度高,性质稳定,具有实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the preparation and nature of Amoxicillin dispersed-tablet.Method Orthogonal design was used in the optimization of the effecting factors of the ingredients in the formulation of Amoxicillin dispersed-tablet,and compared with the Amoxicillin capsule and normal tablet in the in-vitro dissolution.Results The experiments of dispersion homogeneity showed that Amoxicillin dispersed-tablet could disintegrate in 30 seconds,and the suspension could pass through the 2# sieve.The in-vitro dis... |
