住院患儿肺炎检测标本采集的安全管理

目的探讨住院患儿肺炎监测呼吸道标本及血标本采集的安全管理方法。方法对护理人员进行培训,加强标本采集安全管理和护理人员及患儿安全管理;并对标本采集成功率、送检率及结果回馈率进行监测。结果护理人员及患儿未发生交叉感染情况,标本采集成功率、标本送检率及结果回馈率均为100.00%;护士理论知识及操作技能明显提高。结论科学有效的护理安全管理是保证标本采集成功、保障护理人员及患儿安全的有效措施。

Safety management of sample collection for monitoring pneumonica in hospitalized children

Objective Explore the method of safety management of the respiratory tract sample and blood sample collection for monitoring pneumonia in hospitalized children. Methods The measures included training nursing staff, strengthening the safety management of sample collection ,improving safety protection of nurses and children. The success rate of sample collection, the examination rate of sample, and the feedback rate were collected. Results There was no case with cross - infection among nurses and children. The knowledge and technical skills of nurses were improved significantly. The success rate of sample collection,the examination rate of sample,and the feedback rate were all 100.00%. Conclusion Effective and scientific safety management is an effective method to ensure the successful of collection and the safety of nurses and children.
